SELECTION OF WORKS
Horse on Display ()
The photographic installation highlights the current situation of the Gypsies in Budapest and the problems of social exclusion. Under socialism, the integration of the Gypsies into the labor market and their relocation to cities required lifestyle and cultural adaptation, which was made more difficult by the lack of education and vocational training, further increasing their exclusion. The customs brought with them from rural life (including domestic animals) gave rise to absurd situations.
The Muybridge horse behind the bars of the Coup symbolizes the traditional occupations of this ethnic group and the loss of the classic function of the gallery: the symbol of movement now stands motionless, locked up, without its rider, pointing to a universal story where the values of the past can become the prison of modernity.
The work requires an active viewer approach; when viewed from a central perspective, the projection of the bars disappears, inviting the visitor to find a solution.

The Playgrounds of Power ()
Ritual behaviour projects our need for a meaningful order. In various aspects of life, we routinely repeat sequences of actions that serve to create a sense of stability, progress, and productivity - not only necessary for maintaining our social systems but often resulting in mental satisfaction as well. Throughout the project, I visited workshops and sought regularly repeating sequences of movements and the systems they create, ensuring both the quality and quantity of work, and fostering a sense of peace for the individual in the work they perform. Similarly, the completed images follow the rituals of a visual language: they repeat according to prescribed rules, establish their own system, and then dissolve.
But abstention from movement; while the world moves ()
This photographic series is a spiritual pilgrimage exploring the hidden potential of the natural landscape. As humans grow distant from nature, they create artificial systems and a fast-paced life that often leads to disconnection and inner unrest. These systems are fragile, and when disrupted, people are forced to slow down, revealing their struggle to find peace. In nature’s silence, free from walls and daily routines, individuals may notice things lost in everyday life. The series seeks escape through pilgrimage, using intuition as a response to life’s acceleration. Through repetitive walks and seemingly unchanging landscapes, new spiritual meanings emerge. The pilgrim projects thoughts and emotions into the surroundings. The making of the series is a photographer's pilgrimage, a journey and a search for faith - the photographer has used a variety of photographic tools and formal languages to find this extra meaning in the landscape.
This photographic series is a spiritual pilgrimage into nature’s hidden potential. As artificial systems disconnect us from natural rhythms, nature’s silence offers space for reflection. Through repetitive walks and still landscapes, the photographer explores intuition, projecting inner thoughts onto the environment. The making of the series is a photographer's pilgrimage, using diverse photographic tools to uncover deeper meaning.
